The power generator is a little dynamo that is connected to an inverter that stores smooths and sends out the right voltage to the devices. It is connected to the engine using a gearing belt system.

Power generator

I checked the RMP on the drill press.

RMP is 2500.

Unfortunatly my multimeter is no longer working. So i'm using the graphs below

Voltage     (80 - 110 Volts tested)

Amps        (Depends on the load)

0.55 Amps tested at 110volts = 60watt light bulb)

Watts       160w

The 60watt incandecent light bulb is dimb because of the low voltage but if I had to use a transformer to increase the voltage I should be able to burn a 100watt light bulb at full brightness.

Transformer working, voltage stable at 230volts. light burning brightly.

The Generator wouldn't need much gearing if anything it can run at the same speed as the engine. If the engine is strong enough.

Voltage test done on the New Multimeter. Its seems the Voltage is 110volts (AC)

Voltage drop due to current pull is causing problems

1. Solution: Build a capacitor to keep voltage at 12volts

I'm desiding whether to build or buy. Below is a bank of capacitors rated at 2.5volts each and 350 Farads.
