I think that in order for this project to receive funding it will need to have a team, a functional controller code, successful flights for the UAV and successful missions for the UGV. Be effective in spotting illegal activities. A sustainability plan.
That is a lot of work with no capital or pay for the complexity of work that is required. At this time I've been unable to get anyone else interested in the project. The issue and conflict of ideas has been the controller code over the internet. This project at its heart is the advanced controller code over 3G, long range WIFI & Ham Radio signal.
