Idealy there will be no ground station for controlling the UAV.
Flying of the UAV will be done off site.
Since the UAV will be operating for long hours each day. It will require many controllers and teams of indivituals who can devote some time to scanning the video feeds and areal pictures. A team of 3 people could login for a few hours a day so that there are always eyes looking and ready to report possible poachers and coordinate investigations.
The only requirments for controlling the UAV and checking camera feeds would be a good internet connection and a decent monitor.
HD TV screens can also be used.
